So, back in April IvesTrendyTopic nominated me for the 2018 Liebster Award. I know, that was almost five months ago, but I am always truly honored when someone loves my writing so much that they honor me with a nomination. Even though it was five months ago, I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to IvesTrendyTopic for thinking of me. I love you, GIRL!

Ives 11 Questions for me

What was the happiest day of your life? I would say when I had my children. There is nothing like holding the most beautiful creature in the world all while feeling a flood of positive emotions.
What sad event would you change if you had the chance to? I wouldn’t change any sad event. All have shaped and molded me into the person I am and meant to be.
Dogs or cat? Dogs. Cats never listen. Ha!
What’s your favorite series? It used to be Game of Thrones, but I’m not sure at this moment.
If you saw a celebrity, how would you react? All depends. If it were Leo DiCaprio, I would throw my underwear at him. If it were 50 Cent, I would throw a raw egg at him.
Whats your idea of fun? Laughing and playing games with my family.
Have you ever been in a long distance relationship? No, and never would want to be.
What is your inspiration in life? My children and husband. Everything I do is for them
Are you a foodie? Amen!
Would you be in game of thrones if you had the opportunity? No! Noone is safe. When you think you’re going to be the main character, you suddenly die in a tragic death. Nah, I’m good.
What has God done for you this year? God has saved my life, saved my marriage, and helped me grow closer to my kids. Thank you, Jesus.

This is way overdue because I was originally nominated back in March, but I really appreciate when you guys take the time to nominate me. Thank you, thank you, thank you for thinking of me. 1. When and why did you start your blog?

I officially started my blog in March 2017 because I love to write, but then throughout my recovery, it has developed into something so much more.

2. Who has most influenced your life choices?

Definitely the Holy Trinity; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

3. Where have you spent most of your life and what is good/ bad about living there?

I’ve spent most of my time in my town, St. Louis, Missouri. The worst thing about living here is the violence. The best thing about living here is the history.

4.What is your favourite food and what makes it so special for you?

My favorite food is pancakes only because they are extremely delicious.

5. If you could do something for the world what would it be?

Save it

6. What is your favourite film and who did you see it with?

My favorite movie with Nightmare Before Christmas and I dont remember who I first saw it with. I believe it was by myself.

7.What would be your favourite holiday?

My favorite holiday is definitely Christmas

8. If you could have your life again what is one thing you might you do differently?

Nothing. Ever thing has happened the way it was suppose to happen. I wouldn’t want to risk a “Butterfly Effect”

9. If you could meet anyone from the present or from history, who would it be and why?

Jesus

10.How much time a week do you reckon you spend using the internet? (Include time spent using internet at work, please.)

I maybe spend about 2 hours a day on the internet

11. If you had three things to do or achieve, on a bucket list, what would they be and why?

I technically I have (4) children, one of which is in heaven
I’ve never traveled outside of the country
My grandmother named me after a movie classic “Gone With The Wind”
Everyone I meet thinks I’m under 25 years old (I’m not complaining)
I love all genres of music except for hard metal (only because I am unable to connect to the words)

∗What is your favorite trait about yourself?

I would have to say my creativity. Although sometimes I doubt how talented I am, I always have people reminding me to continue to nourish my talents.

∗What is one silly moment you’ve had that you’d like to share?

One time, I was in such a rush to drop my kids off at school and make to work on time, I sped down the driveway and knocked the trashcans over into the neighbor’s yard, which made me even later.

Meeting you wonderful people and growing closer to God by being obedient to his will

what made you want to start blogging? It began blogging as a way to get out of a very dark moment in my life.
what keeps you going? The feeling I get from blogging. I love expressing myself in a healthy way and inspiring others through my own experiences. It is always great to feel like I’ve created material that can help someone get through a rough time in their life. I just love blogging.
how much time do you dedicate to writing? Not as much as I should.

Unfortunately, it is not. It’s cold and cloudy.

It sounds cliche, but definitely my children and my husband. I love watching them laugh and play. It truly brings joy to my heart.

Describe a normal day in your life
- Honestly, my day varies. Mostly, my day consists of taking care of my children, my husband, and my mental health.
What do you do when you get de-motivated in general?
- I literally force myself. I know what I need to do, I just need to do it.
What do you do when u hit Writers’ Block?
- I read and ingest medicinal herbs. I always get inspiration reading the thoughts of others.
Attach a pic of your pets.
Write a letter to your doppelgänger in few lines.
- My doppelganger is a warrior. She doesn’t have a family because she dedicates all of time and energy to helping people fight their battles.
Beach or Mountains, what do you prefer and why?
- Beach because I wouldn’t be able to fall to my death, unlike a mountain. 🙂
Do you believe in first love or No strings attached and why?
- I believe in both. I think that you are able to have a no-strings-attached kind of relationship if that is the understanding between two adult people. First love is always a great emotion to experience, even if it comes with a flood of other emotions.
Roast or Rant in few lines about anything or anyone.
- I absolutely cannot stand people who fart in public and chose not to say excuse me. I know it is something that you don’t have to do, but goodness gracious, please excuse yourself. Especially if you know for a fact that you produce loud, stinky vapors. I understand that sometimes they come without notice, I get it. ~~Simply saying excuse me will help~~…well, forget it. Nothing will help a dangerous, silent assassin. Just say excuse me, people.
On What or for Whom are you crazy about these days?
- I am crazy about Jesus and the new episode of Gotham: Dark Knight
Your favorite fictional character either in movies or in novels or both and why?
- If you’ve been a follower, you know my favorite fictional character is Batman.
What do you wish to say to your ex?
- I forgive you.

You guys know that I do not like to single out individual bloggers. I know, I know, it helps my followers get to know each other, but all of you are so awesome-sauce! How can I possibly only choose 11 bloggers? So, I would like to nominate all of my followers because all of you..yes, each and every one of you are so talented.
